The Web Application Developer II is responsible for developing and delivering web-based applications deployable on the cloud and participates in the end-to-end enterprise-wide cloud transformation, from planning and deployment to execution, security and governance of the entire Azure ecosystem.

Maintains an understanding and awareness of technology advancements for future cloud, software and other relative implementations and capabilities to support architecting, engineering and planning activities in IT infrastructure and operations.


  • Ensures the accuracy and reliability of solutions by creating test data and executing test plans.

  • Codes, tests, and debugs new and existing web applications.

  • Creates comprehensive application documentation

  • Provides weekly status reports on all completed, on-going and future projects in order to keep management and business stakeholders updated on progress.

  • Works with stakeholders to understand business requirements that are translated into technical solutions

  • Interfaces with users to develop procedures.

  • Performs on-call responsibilities.

  • Performs other related work as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration or related field of study; plus two (2) plus year of software development experience.

  • Experience with Django and React frameworks required.

  • Fluency in one or more back-end languages like Node.js/Python/C#. (Node.js preferred)

  • Experience in JavaScript programming.

  • Knowledge and experience in building and deploying Cloud applications (Azure preferred).

  • Knowledge of Linux, Microsoft operating systems.

  • Must have working knowledge in Django, REACT, Python, HTML5, CSS3, Linux, SQL and NoSQL.

  • Experienced in DB programming experience (PostgreSQL/NoSQL) - ORM experience a plus.
