Production Associate

*Remedy is filling openings in sanding, assemble, boxing, mill, and finishing departments.*
Pay: $15.65/hour
Hours: 1^st^shift positions available
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete duties as assigned
- Use computer-based tools for problem solving
- Take initiative and be a self-starter
- Communicate effectively with others in your department
- Be flexible in day to day task management
- Follow all good manufacturing practices - follow all safety rules including use of PPE
- Support quality control goals and meet daily/weekly quotas
Skill Requirements:
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and reach for 8-10 hours
- Lift 10 - 30 pounds and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to be quality oriented and work in fast paced environment
- Ability to work with hands and hand tools
- Read and follow written instructions and visual training aids in English
- Work in a team environment and be flexible when production needs change
- Work environment temperature may vary based on task and location
