To enable our continued growth, we are looking to add top talent to our dynamic organization.ResponsibilitiesPerforms maintenance services in two or more skill areas including welding/fabrication, plumbing, machine assembly, machining, control wiring, and painting for the purpose of servicing, repairing and/or rebuilding production machinery and tooling.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:iPossesses and applies an advanced knowledge of the machinery repair trade.iInspects components from outside vendors to ensure conformance to engineering drawings , standards, and specificationsiProvides technical support on machinery and tooling repair projects following engineering drawings and OEM manualsiMake decisions based on knowledge and experience in determing the best methods for completing the tasks.iCompletes all job tasks in accordance with established company policies and governmental codes and procedures as defined by NEC, OSHA, JIC, etc.iJob Skills:This position should possess the following skills/knowledge:iAbility to plan , lay-out, and build assemblies from engineering specifications, drawings, and sketches using a high degree of precision.iJoins surfaces, fabricates or repairs metal parts applying the proper methods and techniques for the specific materials, such as Arc, Mig, or Tig welding , brazing , or silver solderingiCapable of precision alignment of machinery to insure proper operationiInstalls, tests, and repairs basic electrical circuits and equipment.iProduces parts according to engineering drawings using machine equipment such as lathes, mills, grinders, and drill pressesiAbility to troubleshoot and correct mechanical and electrical equipment malfunctionsiCapable of hand machining procedures such as drilling, tapping, reaming, and polishingiAble to properly interpret precision measurement devices such as micrometers, dial calipers, and scalesio Prepares and paints machinery and equipmentiEducational Requirements:iHigh School Diploma or GEDiPreferred Experience:iMinimum 2 - 4 yearsiEEO StatementApply Here:
