Maintenance Tech

Randstad Staffing is partnered with a global manufacturer of underground fiberglass storage tanks. This client has been around for 40+ years. Openings: Maintenance Mechanic (1st shift) 730am-5pm Monday-Thursday schedule Full benefits included Seeking a "Jack of all trades" candidate who is comfortable with electrical troubleshooting up to 480V as well as mechanically inclined.

Responsibilities

• Utilize all tools and equipment safely, maintains and repairs equipment used during the production of Underground and Aboveground storage tanks and accessories

• Practices preventative maintenance by monitoring all equipment used during production

• Accurately utilizes purchase log, process sheets, and records all information accurately and timely

• Performs machining and welding as required for maintenance and production

• Rebuilds and makes adjustments on controls, portable tools, compressors, heaters, welders, lift trucks, and other equipment and machines as required

• Performs routine maintenance on Company vehicles

• Maintains electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, water connections and fittings, compressed air systems, and all heating and cooling equipment throughout the plant

• Maintains or arranges maintenance of fire sprinkler systems, static electricity arresters, and fire doors

• Monitors all equipment and building regulations for compliance with Company and state/federal safety standards
