Previous paid experience setting up and operating a variety of CNC machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments out of metal. Includes ability to use of precision instruments (ie. dial calipers, magnification equipment, etc.) to set-up, adjust, modify, repair, inspect, or fabricate components. Requires ability modify/adjust machine tools, maintain industrial manufacturing machines, and apply knowledge of CNC machining processes while demonstrating mechanical aptitude, mathematic skills, layout, and machining procedures to yield high qualify metal components in a climate controlled production facility. Position requires extensive standing, bending, twisting, squatting, and use of upper extremities to handle materials through production output. Ability to work as a team member and to work safely with/around manufacturing equipment is required.
