This position is responsible for operating machinery and could include ongoing production flow while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
This position is responsible for proper chasing and loading of live turkeys into live haul trailers to minimize the condemn bird rate and remain in compliance with the humane handling policy. This position must correctly follow loading policies and procedures and reduce down time by starting on time in an efficient and orderly way. This position is responsible for the maintenance of loading equipment and may require bending, twisting, and tightly gripping consistently, and must be able to lift turkey while loading. Must maintain 98% attendance. This position requires lifting 100 lbs and must perform other duties as necessary and assigned by crew lead supervisor manager.
Must not own, possess, or otherwise maintain any domestic, wild or exotic fowl to be considered. Must have valid driver s license and have a good driving record in accordance with Tyson Fleet Safety Manual. Candidate must be willing to submit to a post offer drug screen and Health Assessment.
