Supports the team through shipping and documenting innovative customer samples for review. Manages incoming materials including raw material and blending. Maintains location appearance for customer and corporate review. Core Responsibilities Assists in plant projects by monitoring testing, helping produce prototype samples, collecting data and organizing reviews of productWorks in the plant location producing customer samples.Follows procedures to assure a clean, safe and organization RandD lab.Prepares the locationfor customer and corporate visitors and tours of the facility.Prepares products for customer review. Ensures proper techniques are used in preparing customer samples and samples meet customer's expectations. Completes and maintains proper documentation working with established software programs such as SAP, PMDM and ProductVision.Provides support for the analyticaltesting results and providing information to the team.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited two-year college or certificate from a technical school and 3+ years relevant food manufacturing experience; or the equivalent combination of education and experience, required.Bachelor's Degree, preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to lift up to 50lbs with no assistance.Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and achieve effective time management. Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives.Ability to travel occasionally, possibly overnight. 10% travel possible.Acts with a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
