Aventure Staffing CNC Machine Operator in Sioux City, Iowa
CNC Machine Operator $21/hr
Monday–Friday 7am-3:30pm with overtime as needed.
A full line mechanical supplier of packing house equipment in Sioux City, Iowa is looking for a CNC Machine Operator. This position works both independently and on a team to operate a CNC Machine that makes custom parts that go into packing houses. This is a great opportunity to work with a long-term, reputable company in Sioux City. This is skilled CNC Machine Operator with G Coding Programming with only one position available. Responsibilities:
Check CNC Machinery to ensure it is in good working order before set up
Set up machinery to successfully conduct the run as specified
Conduct all programming as required
Monitor the run throughout the cycle, checking that specifications are met
Perform all necessary machine maintenance
Follow safety standards at all times
Report any safety or maintenance concerns to management immediately
Keep work areas clean and organized
Requirements:
High School Diploma / GED
1+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist/Programmer or similar role
Ability to read and follow technical drawings and diagrammed instructions
Ability to read tape measure
Must have attention to detail
Must have experience with G Coding Programming
