Aventure Staffing Machine Operator in Sibley, Iowa
$14 +/hr with Shift Differential, Mon to Fri, Evening Shift
A local production company in Sibley, IA is searching for a mechanically inclined, motivated, and focused professional to join their team! This position will work 3:30pm-12:00am, Monday-Friday. There is a $1.25 shift differential offered on top of earning $14/hr. Candidate will train on first shift and will then move to second shift. Those who have prior Machine Operation experience are encouraged to apply!
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
Properly set up, operate, and monitor machine for production
Light maintenance to machine and check for necessary repairs
Assess quality of production output
Keep work area clean

Starting Pay: $14 +/hr
Paid Every Friday!

To Become a Machine Operator, You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to be flexible and train on 1st shift
Mechanical aptitude and some manufacturing experience is a PLUS!
