General Maintenance Worker
$18-$19/hr.+ DOE
Monday-Thursday with some Fridays, 6am-4:30pm
For over 50 years a local trailer manufacturing company in the Sheldon, IA area has been committed to their customers, suppliers, and co-workers. They are hiring a General Maintenance Worker to join their growing team. This General Maintenance worker works on a team and independently to trouble shoot problems and conduct machinery maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct machinery maintenance
- Trouble shoot any plumbing problems or projects
- Perform light carpentry and electrical work
- Operate a forklift, scissor lift and other machinery
- Follow procedures for all regulatory programs
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Knowledge of fabrication equipment, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Valid Drivers license andCDL, with a good driving record
- Experience withCMMSsoftware
- Knowledge ofHVACsystems
