CNCProgrammer / Set-up - $30-$32/hr. DOE

Then we have the job for you!A family-owned business in the Sheldon Iowa area is looking for a full timeCNCprogrammer and set up person for lathe and mill machines to join their growing team. As aCNCProgrammer, you will work independently and alongside the shop manager to analyze drawings/sample parts and create machining programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimizeCNCprograms for mills and lathes, based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- UtilizeSolidWorkssoftware to create 3D models and generate tool paths.
- Set upCNCmachines and ensure quality control of parts according to programmed instructions.
- Maintain documentation of programming changes, tooling requirements, and machine settings.
Requirements:
- Experience withCNClathes and mills
- 5 or more years ofCNCprogramming experience
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software
- Experience using 3D modeling software (Solidworkspreferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
