SUMMARYThis position is responsible for monitoring the production line by directing and auditing team members to ensure process and work station integrity are maintained. These tasks include assisting the supervisor with day-to-day operations of the department to maximize quality output.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Assist in employee training2. Assist in the implementation of production systems, policies and procedures3. Assist with monthly inventory and improve process accuracy4. Operate computer programs daily to complete tasks5. Plan production schedules and staff assignments based on departmental goals6. Train and work in various areas of department in response to production demands7. Mentor and train new employees8. Follow and give verbal and written work instructions9. Utilize resources to ensure quality and customer service standards are being met10. Lead by example by maintaining a safe and clean work environment and complying with and enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations11. Regular attendance required12.
