Aerotek Truss Assembler in Pleasantville, Iowa
Description:
Assembles the trusses, pre-cut, and label them
Put together wood trusses according to a blueprint displayed on a screen
Tack plates and use a roller to fully flatten all the wood and plates / finish the product
Read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch is very important and being able to
Use a hammer and staple gun
Setup jigs
Top Skills Details:
- Production, assembly, carpentry
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to lift 50lbs
Ability to read a Tape Measure
6+ months previous experience within: general labor, manufacturing, production, carpentry, or construction
Must score 80% on Basic Industrial Math and Tape Measure test
