Tyson Foods General Production (Part-time) in Perry, Iowa
This part-time general production job may require team members to utilize various styles of knives, saws, and other equipment such as hooks as well as various personnel protective equipment such as a belly guard, mesh aprons and sleeves, frocks, and gloves. Jobs located in converting and cut floor will be required to work in cold environments with temperatures as low as 40°. Jobs located in the Harvest area will be required to work in a hot environment with temperatures ranging from 70° to 100°. Lifting product or equipment may be required as well as reaches of all ranges. The weight of the lift could be up to 40 pounds. There may be various push/pulls required with production jobs. The force of these may range from minimal to heavy. Standing and walking throughout the entire duration of the shift is required depending on the assigned tasks.
