VOLT IS HIRING PRODUCTION ASSOCIATES IN THE JEFFERSON, IOWA AREA!

1st and 3rd shift available

The daily duties for this position are as the following (NOT limited to):

  • Perform quality checks: visually or with the use of gauges/measuring devises

  • Participates in safety training

  • Maintain and analyze team performance metrics

  • Perform production and clerical activities to receive, fabricate and assemble products

  • Packaging and shipping products

  • Maintain and clean equipment

  • Inventory

  • Operate material handling equipment

  • Documentation

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to work overtime as needed

  • Previous industrial experience preferred

  • Good attendance is required

  • Excellent attitude and willing to learn
