Aventure Staffing Service Manager in Orange City, Iowa
Growing ag equipment client has need for Service Manager .
This Service Manager will ensure customer satisfaction through effective management of service department personnel.
Manage all Service Department employees including hiring, coaching, scheduling and monitor or improve processes to ensure excellent customer service.
Create annual Service Department goals and budget and develop, execute and monitor Service Department marketing plan to ensure achievement of departmental goals
Direct team that coordinates customer clinics, field days, and related promotional events
Oversee all service warranty and Product Improvement Program claims within the required timeframe to receive maximum credit
Responsible for insuring the staff reviews work orders for completeness and accuracy prior to customer billing
3+ years of experience in Service Department operations - preferably John Deere
Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups
Must be familiar with John Deere and competitive products
Basic understanding of financial principles relative to Service Department operations
Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports
Ability to work extended hours and weekends
Excellent customer service skills
High School Diploma or equivalent experience; Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred.
