Maintenance Tech

A family-owned and managed business, known for producing high quality products, while embracing environmentally sustainable practices, needs an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their growing team. Responsibilities

• Supports the management of activities, tools, equipment, shop, spare parts inventory and resources related to the

maintenance of plant and equipment.

• Comply with and contribute to the required Scheduled Maintenance systems, with transparency to key team members and decision makers.

• Serve as backup point-of-contact for suppliers.

• Participate in building professional relationships, networks and resources to achieve optimum maintenance and production goals.

• Comply with operation standards for chemical use, storage and applications.

• Comply with safety program in alignment with established needs, OSHA regulations and related documentation.

• Identify and communicate with Maintenance Manager regarding ideas that support business needs and goals.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
