$500 Sign on Bonus, $500 after successful completion of 6 month evaluation period.i$2.00 Shift Differential.Job ObjectiveTo perform miscellaneous duties as assigned in the following departments:i Shipping and Receiving, Chrome Plating, Zinc Plating, Tumbling, Buffing, Warehouse, Die Cast, Plastics, Tool Crib, Stamping, Machining and Factory General.Duties and ResponsibilitiesiDuties vary from running machines, doing set ups, doing various paperwork in each department, etc.iMaintains work areas in a clean and orderly condition using 5S principles to minimize safety hazards and lost-time accidents.iMakes recommendations which will improve operations and/or reduce cost in any department.iKeeps Manufacturing Coordinator and Manufacturing Manager or designee informed and up-to-date on problems which require immediate attention or action.iPerforms other responsibilities as assigned.iCooperate with other company departments to obtain or provide information essential to overall operations.iFollows established safety procedures and policies at all times.iThe position is responsible to ensure the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Environmental Management System which includes but not limited to significant environmental aspects, compliance obligations and environmental risks.iMaintains a good attendance record.iResponsible to perform his or her job functions in a manner that supports TriMark's mission, vision and values in order for the company to attain its strategic and growth goals.Skills, Abilities, and Experience RequiredSkill and knowledge to perform assigned jobs in assigned work areas.i Ability to work cooperatively on a regular basis with other employees.i Experience in each department mentioned to gain knowledge needed to perform those various jobs. iAbility and flexibility to work any hours on all shifts from one week to the next.iJudgment RequiredVariable - depends on department that you are working in.Core CompetenciesiSet Up and Machine ProgrammingiSet up and program production equipment with good manufacturing practices and operating procedures.iPerforming shutdown and startup procedures on department specific equipment.iDepartmental paperwork.iEnsure all job information get loaded into JDE correctly.iEnsure all reports such as scrap and uptime/downtime are filled out correctly.iEnsure shift report is completed.iEnsures that everyone is following work instructionsiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiTroubleshootingiDetermine causes or operating errors and finding a solution on how to address. iDetermining root cause of quality issues and determining solutions or steps to fix.iDetermine safety issues as well as safety improvements.iInstructingiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiTeaching others how to perform or do something so they understand.iEnsuring that everyone is following safety rules such as PPE.iEnsuring that everyone knows where they need to be and what they are supposed to be doing.iCommunicationiConveying information to others effectively.iUnderstanding blueprints and measuring gages.iNeed to understand how to read blueprints and determine good or bad.iNeed to understand how to use correct measuring tools to gage parts such as calipers, gage pins, or any other specialty gages needed to ensure part quality. iiiQuality StandardsWorking ConditionsMust be available to work overtime and weekends as required to meet the companyis business demands.Variable - depends on department that you are working in.Uniform safety practices consist of safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection in some departments, and other protective equipment as necessary for safe working conditions. iAll areas require normal or corrected vision, normal depth perception and peripheral vision of 180 degrees and no color deficiency.Physical EffortVariable - depends on department that you are working iniBending -Floor levelStooping -5% of timeSquatting -IntermittentlyTwisting -90 degreesTurning -180 degreesReaching -Full reac
