$500 Sign on Bonus and $500 after successful completion of 6 month evaluation period.$2.00 shift differential.iJob ObjectiveiTo set up and operate a plastic injection molding machine(s) in the timely production of parts consistent with established quality standards and plant schedules.iDuties and Responsibilitiesi1.iiiiiiReview work schedule to make sure of what jobs are to be started or completed.i2.iiiiiiSets up machine and checks mold, air and water lines, and other adjustments to minimize safety hazards and help achieve highest level of quality production possible.i3.iiiiiiTest run first few pieces for quality check and make adjustments as required to achieve full production capacity as quickly as possible. An A Operator can assist as required.i4.iiiiiiMonitors quality of parts regularly to minimize time-consuming sorting, or waste.i5.iiiiiiMonitors production rates to see that they meet established standards.i6.iiiiiiNotifies Manufacturing Coordinator and/or Manufacturing Manager of recurring problems promptly.i7.iiiiiiKeeps accurate time and job records.i8.iiiiiiProvides information to the A operator about any equipment, tool, or running issue.i9.iiiiiiMaintains work area in a clean and orderly condition using 5S principles to minimize safety hazards and lost time accidents.i10.iiiFollows established safety procedures and policies at all times.i11.iiiMaintains a good attendance record.i12.iiiPerforms other duties as assigned.i13.iiiResponsible to perform his or her job functions in a manner that supports TriMark's mission, vision and values in order for the company to attain its strategic and growth goals.iSkills, Abilities and Experience RequirediSkill to set up and operate plastic injection molding machines which can be learned on the job.iAbility to follow verbal and written instructions or special instructions related to changes in procedures.iAbility to work cooperatively with other employees and give assistance to new personnel.iAbility to interpret manufacturing specifications (blueprints, process sheets, daily job cards, operating instructions, etc.) in a clear and concise manner.iJudgment RequirediTo perform basic machine setupiTo determine overall quality of finished plastic products.
