Job Description

ContiTech, a division of Continental, located in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa is looking for a diverse group of new employees who are willing and able to excel in a team-based work environment.

Successful candidates will be required to:

• Safely operate various types of industrial machinery in a fast-paced, computerized, quality-oriented environment.

• Learn and continue to rotate through a variety of jobs in the PVC production area.

• Work 12-hour shifts, either straight days or straight nights. (Associates will work approximately fifteen 12-hour shifts per month with every other weekend off. The plant is in operation 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, approximately 350 days per year.)

The starting wage is $16.00 per hour plus a shift premium for night shifts.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; previous manufacturing experience preferred.
