$500 bonus after 90 days of employment

SummaryWe are currently seeking a MIG certified Welder to join our team at our 101 W South St location. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package to include paid time off on day one, and mentorship support to ensure successful team member growth and development. This is a 1st shift position with anticipated, mandatory overtime to include Saturdays.Education and Experience

• HS Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• 3+years experience in high production MIGWelding Environment

• Ability 2 pass AWS 2G and CWB 2G certifications

• Ability to read prints

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• MIG weld in a fast-paced production setting, with an emphasis on safety and quality, with state-of-the-art Lincoln equipment

• Inspect work visually for defects according to Quality Systems

• Serve as a positive role model consistent with CBB's Mission, Vision, and Core Values

• Collaborate with team members and Supervisor to help team achieve targets

• Provide cost saving suggestions and ideas to improve production and eliminate waste
