Milford, IowaCome join our team as we embark on an exciting journey in opening our new Office Furniture manufacturing facility in Milford, IA!As an IT Support Analyst with Mayline-Safco, you will support all aspects of IT used at our manufacturing plant in Milford, IA. Working closely with the LDI Shared Services Team in Minneapolis, you will provide onsite support for our users in Milford. This will include facilitating collaboration across all Safco locations and LDI, enforcing standards, troubleshooting issues, and encouraging usage of available technology.This full-time position will report directly to the Manager of Client Technologies, and is located in Safco's recently acquired plant located in Milford, IA.ADDITIONALLY, IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:Communicate with end-users to understand business operations and system usageSupport daily operations and answer questionsWork with LDI Desktop Support team to deploy computers, printers, and other peripheralsWork with LDI Desktop Support team to troubleshoot computer, phone, other misc issues with desktop componentsWork with LDI Infrastructure team to deploy local infrastructure componentsWork with LDI Infrastructure team to troubleshoot local network/server/phone componentsAssist with general training for new hires and job position changesLeverage organizational skills to track activitiesParticipate in the selection of plant-specific applicationsManage competing and fluctuating business prioritiesEnsure all end user issues are identified, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner, with support from LDI Shared ServicesSupport the creation and/or updates to end user documentationPerform general system monitoringOccasionally maintain security for plant specific applicationsPerform preventative, scheduled and emergency maintenance for plant-specific applications RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONSRequired Skills:You WILL excel in this role if:You're comfortable being a one person team with support from others as needed. You understand manufacturing business operations and know how to quickly solve problems. You're agile, creative and capable of working with business users and connecting with IT teams.
