General Description: Perform vari ous production positions in the Distribution Center O perations, fill in for daily vacancies, assist supervisors as directed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Must become certified in equipment operations at DC (pallet loop, palletizers, VRT, 3 to 1)

• General computer experience preferred

• Assist with inventory reporting

• Assist with load planner or case picker

• Must be able to obtain Forklift license

• Knowledge of Red Prairie beneficial, but not required

• Must be able to work in fast paced environment

• Must be able to obtain LOTO certification

• Must be able to work in cold environment

• Must become familiar and help with shipping and inbounding at the DC

• Flexible schedule as needed

• Attendance is mandatory of having 4 or less points at given time

• Required skills:

Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Self-Motivated/ High Sense of urgency

• Able to perform under High Stress situations

• Be able to communicate in English (written and verbally)

• Be able to perform various positions in the Distribution Center

• Fill in for daily position vacancies

• Help train/coach new hire employees

• Assist supervisors as needed

• Other duties as assigned

• Must be able to multi-task
