Electrical Apprentice

• 7am - 3:30pm

• Monday - Friday

• $15 an hour starting

• Ability to grow into a journeyman electrician

Job Description

We are seeking an electrical apprentice to assist our journeymen in day-to-day duties. Your responsibilities will include running and bending conduit, running/pulling cable, hanging boxes, and hanging fixers on commercial projects. In residential and multifamily settings, you will be tasked with running romex cable. Proper use of hand and power tools is necessary, and training will be provided on these tasks. We expect our team members to retain and apply the skills taught during training. We are not requiring any previous electrical experience, but we are looking for candidates with a strong desire to learn the trade and a commitment to training and education. You must also be willing to attend schooling for the trade and aim to test out within the field. Accurate use of a tape measure is a must.

Requirements

• Proficient in using hand and power tools

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately

Nice to have abilities

• Ability to run and bend conduit

• Knowledge of how to run/pull cable

• Experience with hanging boxes and fixers

• Experience running romex cable in residential and multifamily settings
