Adheres to safe work practices, follows GMP's, maintains sanitary conditions and ensures that product quality is maintained. Reports to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:Maintain engine room and boiler room equipment.Monitor and chart all freezer and cooler temperatures.Run daily boiler and condenser water tests.Maintain and PM all air conditioning and ventilation equipment.Maintain and PM all air compressors.Maintain and PM all sanitation pumps.Learn the technical skills to become a proficient Refrigeration Mechanic to be able to operator, repair, and PM all systems.Ability to work weekends, holidays on a rotating schedule and added hours when needed.Adheres to safe work practices, follows GMP's, maintains sanitary conditions and ensures that product quality is maintained.
