Aventure Staffing Production Assembler in Laurens, Iowa
$14.00/hr Starting Pay DOE, Monday-Friday, Attendance/Safety Bonuses!
An established tool manufacturing company located in Laurens, IA is looking for reliable, organized and self-motivated individuals with mechanical aptitude to fill their Production Assembler position! The Production Assembler position is a long-term temporary opportunity working on first shift, 5AM - 3:30PM and pay $14+/hr, depending on experience. Attendance and safety bonuses are paid out monthly for qualifying employees! Individuals with prior assembly experience are preferred!
Production Assembler Responsibilities:
Read blueprints and assemble components accordingly
Use of hand/power tools and grinders
Prepare finished goods for shipment
Understand and execute inventory paperwork and computer transactions
Competency to read bill of materials & scan paperwork with serial tags
Forklift Operation

Starting Pay: $14/hr ($560 each week!*)

To become a Production Assembler, you'll need:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience using hand/power tools
Ability to read tape measure and blueprints
Knowledge of hydraulic components preferred
Mechanical aptitude
Inventory knowledge
