Corteva Agriscience has an exciting opportunity for a Global End User Computing Analyst located in Johnston, IA.
The Global End User Computing Analyst reports to and will receive administrative / functional guidance from the IT Global Manager End User Computing with input also coming from the EUC Leadership team. The Global End User Computing Analyst will be responsible for remediating known security vulnerabilities and compliance issues that impact research and other special use cases for end-point devices. In addition, the candidate will also be responsible for assisting in the troubleshooting of end-point devices and managing daily operational tasks while serving as an advocate for the use of EUC global services. These include among others support of mapping and maintenance of EUC processes; maintaining of EUC documentation and policy libraries; creation and maintenance of operational metrics; and the management of small projects and support of tasks within larger projects that impact the End User Computing services and environment.
Priority will be given to improving the posture on end-point security and regulatory compliance; for Corteva and in building end user computing processes that can instill operations excellence and greater customer satisfaction through a continuous improvement mindset.
The Global End User Computing Analyst will require a deep knowledge in the use of EUC management tools, industry best practices, operating systems, end-point software, process mapping, project management and the use of operational metrics necessary to drive continuous improvement across a customer focused user community is essential. The Global End User Computing Analyst must be able to demonstrate expert skills in the use of data driven analytics and customer relationship building to promote positive change.
Responsibilities - How will you help us grow?
Maintain and serve as a customer face for research and other special use groups.
Remediation of known security vulnerabilities and compliance issues that impact research and other special use cases for end-point devices.
Assist in the troubleshooting of end-point devices and managing daily operational tasks while serving as an advocate for the use of end user computing global services.
Mapping and maintenance of end user computing processes.
Creation and maintenance of end user computing documentation and policy libraries.
Creation and maintenance of operational metrics to enable the proactive management of the end user computing environment.
Management of small end user computing projects.
Support of tasks within larger end user computing projects that impact global End User Computing services and environment.
Build end user computing processes that can instill operations excellence and greater customer satisfaction through a continuous improvement mindset.
Use of data driven analytics and customer relationship skills necessary to promote positive change.
Ownership of global operations tasks for that improve the security and regulatory compliance of research and other special use groups.
Tactical implementation of deliverables that advance EUC’s strategy/plans.
Providing data for analysis to drive decision that can improve the experience of customers using of end-point services.
Requirements – What You’ll Bring
Associates Degree is required with at least 5 years of equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree is preferred with 2-5 years of experience.
5+ years of experience in IT managing end-point operational practices, policies, standards, processes and procedures for a global company.
3+ years of experience in IT managing end-point security and regulatory compliance issues using industry best practices, policies and standards.
2+ years of experience in IT managing small to moderate scale projects.
1+ years of experience in the functional management of people
Aptitude and understanding in the use of end user computer technologies, device management methodologies and knowledge of industry best practices.
Demonstrated experience in EUC security management, encryption practices, end-point software application and patch management techniques.
Deep knowledge in the use of EUC management tools.
Demonstrated application in the collection of data and use of data driven analytics to establish baselines, track and promote positive change.
Proficient in the use of Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI to create operations and project dashboards.
Excellent communication and customer relations skills with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with all levels of management.
Demonstrated end-point operations and project management skills.
Flexible, creative and out of the box thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to map end-to-end process workflow.
Demonstrated ability to meet commitments
Expert knowledge in System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Cloud Management Gateway (CMG).
Expert knowledge in Microsoft Intune.
Expert knowledge in software application deployment and patch management.
Proficient in the use of Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
Operational IT technical and project management experience.
Familiarity effectively leveraging Managed Service Provider (MSP) networks.
Competency working with cross-functional and international teams.
Applicable certifications (e.g Microsoft: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
