Production Associate
Remedy Intelligent Staffing works with some of the finest companies in Eastern Iowa. Remedy is proud to support their needs and have several great job opportunities for you! Duties for the associate position may include working on production lines to perform quality control, placing product on the line for packaging, and preparing product for shipment.
Pay: up to $17.00/hour based off shift and location Hours: 1^st^, 2^nd^, and 3^rd^ shift positions available
Job Responsibilities:
- Load machines, bulk pack product, load cartons, and other warehouse tasks
- Palletize finished goods following client specific directions
- Pull items and prepare labels
- Support special projects as required
- Keep area clear of hazards and make sure that workspace is clean
- Follow all good manufacturing practices - follow all safety rules including use of PPE
- Support quality control goals and meet daily/weekly quotas
Skill Requirements:
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and reach for 8-12 hours
- Lift 10 - 30 pounds and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Read and follow written instructions and visual training aids in English
- Work in a team environment and be flexible when production needs change
- Work environment temperature may vary based on task and location
