  • Essential Job Functions:

  • Follows standard operating procedure for set up and assembly of Kreg Production Machines, process includes wiring motors

  • Completes product testing of assembles production machine to assure meeting company quality standards.

  • Packages completed products for shipping and distribution

  • Provides written and verbal feedback of processes, materials and parts for Continuous Quality Improvement.

  • Performs machine maintenance as needed or per preventative maintenance schedule

  • Set up, assemble, test and package production Kreg machines

  • Set up and operate CNC router and edge banding machinery

  • Package and assemble router table products

  • Follow proper procedures for assembly using the correct tools to ensure quality.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Maintain good internal customer relations through helpful, considerate, and positive communication with all employees.

  • Follow current proceedures and processes while looking for ways to improve
