Job Profile:

  • Assembles, labels, and packages woodworking tools and fasteners for shipment or next process.

  • Creates packing box, selects materials from containers on adjustable height work stations, seal boxes, apply labels and places product on conveyor or pallet.

  • Operate power and hand tools to assemble small parts into finished product.

  • Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.

  • Maintain good internal customer relations through helpful, considerate, and positive communication with all employees.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to operating in a safe work environment.

  • Follow written operating procedures and Bill of Materials.

  • Verifies material content and count, paperwork and barcode accuracy.

  • Enters product information into computer.

    Education and/or Experience:

  • HS diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to frequently lift, move, carry and manipulate loads up to 35lb.

  • Ability to infrequently lift, move, carry and manipulate loads up to 70lb.

  • Must be willing and able to rotate through a variety of manufacturing processes, performing all types of tasks in a team environment.

  • Ability to operate production line machinery.
