Production Lead | Competitive Wages - DOE
Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm (1pm on Friday)
An established trailer manufacturing company located in Humboldt, IA is hiring a reliable, organized and self-motivated Production Lead to join their team! This position is a work along side the production team and will be responsible for coordinating work flow. The Production Lead position will work Monday-Thursday (7AM-4PM) and Friday (7AM-1PM) and offers competitive wages, depending on experience. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity! Those with prior production/manufacturing lead experience are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities:
Lead, plan, instruct and coordinate the efforts of team members to achieve production goals
Work with team members to increase productivity and efficiency
Provide necessary orientation and instruction for newly assigned employees
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years or more of related experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
A good working knowledge of manufacturing practices
Self-Motivated
