Our pulleys and Rollers and entire material handling systems are the necessary components for companies worldwide to ship out their products. We custom make pulleys to fit conveyors of all types to move product out of plants and get it delivered to customers. We custom design robotic palletizing and bagging systems to fit the special needs of each customer. Think a Pulley is just a Pulley, NOT so. We build to order as well as build stock to keep our customers going. From distributions centers to international airports we build the pulleys for those systems. The Robotic systems are also customized to fit the specific dimension requirements of our customers, from moving and bagging or boxing seed for our agricultural customers to bagging and stacking brown sugar for our food service customers. Description Use dynafile/grinder to remove sharp edges and weld splatter from pulleys.Install and torque shafts.Check shafts to make sure bearings fit.Grind buttons and v-grooves.Prepare pulleys for the paint booth.Drill access holes when necessary.Check for proper bores of pulleys and make sure shaft will slide through.Assist with removing pulleys from welding area as needed.Perform required preventative maintenance.Perform all activities in a manner that protects and promotes the health, safety and welfare of fellow workers, the community and the environment. Know and observe all plant safety rules applicable to your work. Report all unsafe practices and conditions to your supervisor at the first opportunity.Strive to achieve the highest possible product quality, from receipt of an order to delivery to the customer, involving every aspect of the company.Position Requirements SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Must be able to read a tape measure. Ability to read and understand job orders. Have basic blueprint reading skills. Have basic computer skills.
