Position Title: Plastics Injection Operator - 3rd Shift
Wage: $18.00/hour
Shift: 3rd
Hours: 11:00pm - 7:00am
This company in Victor, IA is looking for hard workers who enjoy a fun and fast environment! In this 3rd shift Plastic Injection Operator role, you will learn all about plastic injection molding. You'll do everything from assembling lids, to cutting hoses and even packaging parts. Being a family-owned and operated company, this is a small, tight-knit team who really strives to keep the family spirit alive!
Plastics Injection Operator Responsibilities: - Operate various plastic injection presses by loading machines, cutting materials and checking quality of product - Trim off extra plastic from completed parts with utility knife - Package completed materials into boxes based on customer specifications - Label finished boxes for shipment - Use small hand tools to assemble lids
Requirements for Plastics Injection Operator: - Able to stand for duration of shift - Able to bend, twist, push or pull throughout shift - Able to lift up to 40lbs - Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment; up to 100 degrees in the summer - Able to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive hand/eye movement dealing with small parts
