The Partner Support Analyst works under the direction of Partner Support leadership and assist with cashiering approvals.

Provide customer service related to requests as needed at request of management, company associates, and financial professionals
Utilize information gathered in analysis to propose solutions including, but not limited to, additional training for associates, financial professionals and financial professionals support
Lead practices and objectives to enable a high performance culture emphasizing quality, productivity and standards and goal attainment
Update and maintain procedures in departmental database and on company website and supply information as requested
Administer training on operational processes and procedures to new and existing financial professionals, and ensure internal and external policies and procedures are adhered to by financial professionals and internal associates
Mitigate risk by internal review of transactions and processes within Partner Support
Maintain working knowledge of key industry topics and overall familiarity with relevant internal resources
Maintain contact between Operations and Partner Support management in order to achieve the best utilization of resources for the department
Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2-4 years of related customer service and/or Financial Services industry experience preferred.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 99 is required.
