The Specialist works under the direction of Operations Account Supervision leadership.

  • Answer and problem solve incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail and occasionally in-person requests professionally and courteously including escalated requests

  • Conduct research using multiple resources to provide financial professionals with accurate information regarding their inquiry or paperwork concerns

  • Perform task-based processes to assist with team’s incoming requests and notifications

  • Communicate internal policies and procedures, as well as external product company requirements to financial professionals and other departments

  • Assist new and existing financial professionals with department processes, paperwork requirements and system navigation

  • Conduct preliminary review of forms and follow-up regarding missing information with new and existing financial professionals

  • Participate in various department projects, meetings and committees

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
