Job TitleInfrared / MCA TechnicianJob Description SummaryResponsible for performing infrared thermography and motor circuit analysis on a variety of equipment in accordance with customer requirements and CandW Services procedures and policies.Job DescriptionLocation: Eddyville, IowaSalary: Full Time - $20 - $26 per hour depending on experience /Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am until 4:30 pmTitle: Infrared / Motor Circuit Analysis TechnicianDUTIES INCLUDE, NOT LIMITED TO:Work in a team oriented and safety conscious environmentFormulate and perform preventive maintenance procedures and provide work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service deliveryOperate and have knowledge of simple and complex heavy industrial equipment (flash dryers, grind mills, conveyors, piping, alignments, bearings, corn milling type equipment, kiln dryers, belts, seals, motors (from small to very large)Ensure that tools, equipment, and software are current with latest technologies and in good conditionAssist in performing incoming pre-use equipment checks to identify quality status of equipment prior to installation within the plantLocate exceptions and document them in a report according to set standardsQUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:Must have working knowledge of Preventive/Predictive Maintenance procedures and technologies combined with experience managing routes for sampling and sampling collection working on a predictive maintenance scheduleMust be proficient in use of computer software (Microsoft Office, etc...)Must have strong electrical knowledge; must have strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsMust have a good awareness and knowledge of all predictive maintenance (PdM) technologiesMust be able to learn field motor circuit testing; infrared thermography techniques; vibration analysis, Ultra Sonic Emissions, and LubricationMust have working knowledge of the following topics: industrial mechanical applications / machineryCandW Services is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative?
