The Position

Cleo is looking for a client-focused, Cleo Technical Product Instructor to join our Services team to provide on-boarding and product use training to our clients. This position can be based out of Pottsville, PA, Rockford, IL, Chicago or work remotely from anywhere in the US – it is all about finding the right fit! Ideal candidates possess a strong technical background working with data integration software and have an interest in working directly with clients to provide consultative training based on their business needs. #LI-Remote

What you will be doing

  • Engaging clients in single- and multi-day training curriculum - Cleo University

  • Working to become an expert on Cleo Integration Suite solution functionality and implementation procedures to guide clients through their on-boarding process

  • Demonstrating excellent customer service so that each and every customer receives supreme value from Cleo solutions

  • Working effectively with team members and other departments to complete training successfully

  • Working hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Starting hours and ending hours vary depending on the time zone of the client


  • Bachelor’s degree or related technical degree from a four-year college or university

  • Prior training experience with technical product, managed file transfer products are preferred

  • Experience with: MFT, AS2 and SFTP protocols, certificate management, and data integration is preferred

  • Experience providing complex SaaS training

  • Learning Management System experience- registration acknowledgments, quizzes, etc.

  • Experience with Video Production is preferred (Camtasia is currently being used)
