Leading tactical logistics of requisitions with a focus on scheduling interviews, working the Recruiting Center front desk, facilitating background and compliance checks, and facilitating the transition of new hires to the onboarding team.
Handling the entire candidate lifecycle in terms of scheduling interviews, travel arrangements, and candidate experience.
Providing primary support for the Executive Recruiting function.
Serving as the candidate’s primary point of contact for information and assistance throughout the interviewing process.
In addition, you’ll provide informal leadership and actively participate in projects that focus on advancing the role, department, and overall Talent Acquisition strategies.

Associate degree or equivalent experience plus 2+ years of related work experience required.
Bachelors degree preferred.
Experience in an executive recruiting coordinator, senior or executive administrative assistant, or recruiting support role a plus.
Proficiency with MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, OneNote, and Teams. Experience scheduling in Outlook required.
Experience with Adobe Sign is a plus.
Technically savvy with ability to quickly learn various programs, systems, and HR technologies. Experience with the iCIMS applicant tracking system is a plus.
Must be able to work swiftly, with a high sense of urgency, in a high volume, fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with frequent shifting priorities and tight, time sensitive deadlines.
Requires time management, multi-tasking, strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving, advanced decision-making, reasoning, consultative, and organizational skills.
Previous experience with I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Forms is a plus.
