JOB DESCRIPTION The Sourcing Analyst will be responsible for driving continuous improvement of procurement activities across the organization. The Sourcing Analyst will develop and interpret spend analytics, establish cost saving initiatives, conduct supplier market assessments, develop and manage formal RFP events, negotiate competitive pricing and contract language, and deliver organizational improvements via cost reductions and supplier added values. The position also supports the capital expense management program, including system administration and sourcing events. The position requires ongoing collaboration with various business groups and leaders to identify strategic sourcing needs and opportunities. Strong analytical, contract negotiation, sourcing, communication, presentation, and vendor relation skills are required of this position.
