The Senior Hosting Support Services Specialist works directly with the Hosting Support Service Specialists, Information Technology staff under the direction of the Senior Manager, Hosting Services and Support. This high-profile position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of Relativity. Duties include keeping the systems and services up and running, monitoring, analyzing and optimizing system performance, including making recommendations for improving performance. The RCA provides consulting support and advice to the LTS IT Operations team and end-users comprised of both LTS’ e-Discovery consultants and clients. The RCA reports on project status, progress on open issues, progress; creates tools for system-wide use in developing Relativity applications and protocols; and prepares system documentation.
The Senior Specialist must be able to describe Relativity’s back-end architecture. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate working knowledge of software and hardware requirements for deploying/upgrading Relativity instances; deploying and managing Relativity Agents; demonstrate strong working knowledge of SQL Server, SQL backup procedures and archiving practices; planning SQL Maintenance and database tuning; must have experience with Windows Servers, LTS’ application performance monitoring and memory utilization tools; MS-SQL event logs, job logs, and backup/restore jobs. Additionally, the successful candidate must demonstrate strong working knowledge in the administration of e-Discovery case lifecycle tracking in Relativity. The preferred candidate must possess and demonstrate the following:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while handling multiple tasks through completion.
Ability to prioritize workload assignments and manage all hosting issues and requests as they are received (open ticket, assign priority level, resolve or escalate) according to ser-vice level agreement for clients.
Provide internal support for client facing staff on Hosting issues and provide assistance or guidance with case setup.
Develop proficiency in using Application Performance Monitoring Software, specifically DynaTrace, to actively monitor and analyze user/application performance to proactively and analytically troubleshoot issues with relativity.
Participate in external sales meetings to drive expert-required and deep-dive demos as the “Hosting expert”.
Consult with clients on appropriate analytical toolkit usage and setup. Conduct client administration and reviewer training sessions
Responsible for following standard operating procedures and training materials
Document issues and risks and report any inefficiencies or suggestions for improved process automation to hosting Senior Manager

B.S. or a B.A. degree in technology related curriculum or commensurate technical work experience.
3+ years of experience of Relativity support (Relativity RCA strongly preferred but not required)
2+ years of experience in a technical field
Knowledge of SQL Management Studio, creating scripts and stored procedures
Proficiency in problem recognition and solving skills, possess strong interpersonal and written communication skills and the initiative to learn more advanced technical and design concepts
Communicate frequently with co-workers as well as with managers to discern their needs, and be able to express themselves
Work as a member of a team as well as be a self-motivator with ability to work independently
Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment to coordinate work
Occasionally stoops, reaches or kneels as necessary to reach into overhead or low cabinets
Regularly uses close visual acuity and operates computer equipment to prepare and analyze and transmit data
Generally works in an office environment
