Aston Carter Research & Remediation Analyst in Des Moines, Iowa


  • Validating information to verify policy information and completing manual reviews of remediation information.

  • Will be following a very specific procedure, step by step, to complete each review.

  • Responsible for QA and making sure things are input into the system accurately.

  • Will be documenting with SharePoint sites.

  • Assessing gaps in procedures – raising their hand and using the SME’s and escalating to the manager

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years financial services or banking experience

  • 4+ years experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control or Underwriting

  • Strong computer skills- ability to navigate multiple computer screes, different software, update computer systems, communicate over the phone and over email.
