3-day work week to assist with a better work-life balance! Monday-Wednesday (Days) - 7 am to 7 pm Climate Controlled Facility! Paid Weekly, starting at $13.00 per hour JOB SUMMARY An Assembler works as an effective member of a team to assemble product in a timely manner according to work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality guidelines to produce quality products. This position requires the ability to complete routine operations on a continual basis. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform a specific step of the assembly process as part of a team, according to work instructions, engineering drawings, and training to produce quality product.

  • Inspect the quality of the materials and work in process.

  • Produce product in a timely manner as outlined by department supervision and management.

  • Operate any equipment, tools, fixtures, etc. needed to perform the assigned job.

    SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required.

    AUTHORITY

  • Request necessary supplies and resources required to complete the jobs assigned.

  • Alert supervision of problems with materials, tools, fixtures, machinery, etc.

  • Suggest improved or alternate methods of assembling product.

    Experience and Skills:

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • Able to perform routine tasks on a continuing basis.

  • Able to correctly use required tools, fixtures, machines, etc. involved in the assembly process.

  • Able to correctly assemble according to instructions, engineering drawings, and training.

  • Able to recognize quality problems with materials and work in process.

  • Able to complete an assembly step in a timely manner as outlined by department supervision and management.

  • Good work attendance and dependability.

  • Able to communicate and work with others as a team.

  • If working nights or shifts with minimal supervision, must pass a criminal background check.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and depth perception.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Majority of time spent at a workstation on a production line as part of a team assembling product. May need to operate machinery or use tools and/or fixtures as part of the assembly process.
