The person selected for this position will work closely with the Offensive Security (OSRT) leadership team, technical partners, and lines of business acting as a liaison between client area and technical organization. The primary focus of the role is support of Automated Offensive Testing and Continuous Breach and Attack Simulation platforms. The role will work closely with the manager and team members to establish this new discipline within the Offensive Security Research Team. It will provide professional/operational assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Develop and document procedures needed in order to catalog tests, capabilities, and tools created by the team along with reporting interfaces and presentations for customers. Help customers understand the OSRT process and the results of tests, serving as an ambassador for the team. Create metrics to help understand the work performed by the team as well as the impact it has for the bank overall. Perform operational tasks related to product ownership using standard business processes, while insuring compliance with enterprise policies.


  • Work with the team manager to create and document processes and procedures

  • Assist teammates in identifying and on-boarding new internal customers

  • Respond to ad-hoc information requests

  • Participate in the Agile activities as this capability comes on line

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technology experience

  • 2+ years of information security experience

  • 2 + years of technology project management experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing medium technology development efforts within a major line of business

  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management

  • 2+ years of data analysis experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of technical documentation: impact analysis, detailed designs and unit test plans

  • Knowledge and understanding of business requirements gathering and translation to technical requirements

  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology governance risk and compliance processes such as; policies, control standards, risk management concepts, or information security

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
