job summary:

Job Duties:

• Responsible for carrying out the implementation requirements as defined for all services outlined

• Responsible for activities with customers and to be the technical SME carrying out day to day implementation, migration, and other tasks as deemed necessary

• Responsible for project related documentation

• Works with other team members to ensure deliverables are being met on time and within budget

• Identity and perform any change requests as needed

• Primary point of contact for in-house and on premise technical services
