Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Des Moines, Iowa

Job Description

In the role of Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will primarily diagnose and repair problems in hydraulic and mechanically operated machinery, as well as perform routine maintenance tasks. This position requires a blend of mechanical (75%) and electrical (25%) skills. You will also be expected to engage in building maintenance, operate material handling equipment, and adhere to all company safety and environmental policies. Additionally, you will be responsible for accurately recording repairs and maintenance, performing quality audits, and updating work orders. The position also involves inspecting and servicing cranes, forklifts, and other necessary items. If you are also skilled in diagnosing and repairing electronic and robot controls, there are additional duties available.
