Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for completing department sanitation duties, reporting all equipment issues to the supervisor or maintenance team, and packing or assembling product ingredients. You will be expected to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure product specifications are met. This role involves operating machinery and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Operating various types of heavy equipment, such as forklifts, may be required. You will also be tasked with troubleshooting automated equipment and other equipment issues. Using computers for daily work activities will be necessary.

Work Environment

You will be part of a production team working through orders and runs for the day. Depending on the product being produced, you could work in a dusty or cleaner environment. Protection from raw material dust will be provided as needed. The culture is hardworking and dedicated, looking for reliable employees seeking long-term employment. You will be required to wear safety gear such as dust masks, steel-toed boots, hair nets, eye protection, safety glasses, and possibly a respirator. There are multiple shift options available, including rotating day and overnight shifts.
