We are looking for Desktop Support for an immediate need.This is a client facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers. Responsibilities Desk Side support for End users End user Device provisioning and configuration Desktop/Laptop Support Patch and Upgrade management MACD Assist customers for any end users related issues assisting performing in job-aids perform laptopn configuration and troubleshooting, assistance, identify related hardware and software problems, incidents and issues IMAC (Install, move, and setup setup laptops and monitors) Assist with MS Windows, Office365, MS mobile apps configuration and troubleshooting Perform printer configuration and troubleshooting Assist in providing UAT We are looking for applicants who have a flair for technology and are willing to take up challenging assignments. ***Cognizant is recognized as a Military Friendly Employer and is a coalition member of the Veteran Jobs Mission.
