Job Title: CNC Operator

Location: Decorah Ia.

Pay Range: $17/hour

What’s the Job?

• Operate CNC Machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.

• Perform regular maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.

• Cross train in lid technology processes, including assembly, testing and quality control.

• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production efficiency.

• Previous CNC Operation experience

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to learn and crosstrain.

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast -paced manufacturing environment.
