To be the best, we want the best - best brands, best practices and, most importantly, the best people.Job DescriptionEssential Job Function & ResponsibilitiesPerform audits, inspections, and evaluations on processes, products, and/or packages in all departments of the facility.Record results of audits, inspections, and evaluations in quality data systems such as SAP, Quality Suite, and Access.Identify non-conforming product and take action to contain and promptly correct to minimize the amount of product placed on hold.Place product on hold by writing Quality hold tags and/or placing product on electronic hold via the Matrics Inventory System.Release product from hold at the direction of the Quality Supervisor.Verify hold product inventoryPerform designated Pre-Op inspections (DPI) of production lines after sanitation process is completed to approve line(s) for start-up.Provide support to the Quality Supervisors in the investigation of food safety and quality incidents.Collect microbiological samples and swabs and transport to the lab for further analysis.Collect in-process and finished product samples, transport samples to the lab and log them into SAP database.Perform sensory evaluation on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.Perform data entry and analysis as requested by the Quality Manager, Quality Compliance Manager, or Quality Supervisor.Comply with all QCMS program requirements including HACCP and GMPs.Perform all additional tasks as assigned by supervisor as it relates to food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.Location(s)Davenport PlantIt is the continuing policy of The Kraft Heinz Company to afford full equal employment opportunity to qualified employees and applicants, regardless of their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, physical or mental handicaps, military or veteran status, sexual preference, or any other protected condition or characteristic in conformity with all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations.Final candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship.
