QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION:i Minimum 1-year certification program or equivalentEXPERIENCE:i Minimum 1-year experience in maintenance technology. Must Pass Pre-Employment Exams.- EEO/AA M/F/V/D- NCRC preferredGENERAL DESCRIPTION:iVision sight, hearing, hand-eye coordination, dexterity, reading, writing, math aptitude, speaking English, advanced mechanical knowledge, advanced electrical knowledge, advanced blueprint reading. Be physically capable of doing repetitive light to heavy lifting, carrying and moving.SPECIFIC DUTIES:Perform advanced mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electronic (PLC and CNC) trouble shooting and repair, including minor PLC programming and temperature controller programming and set-up.X-ray equipment troubleshooting and repair.Gain knowledge in all new technologies as they become company assets.Read Mechanical and electrical blueprints and produce mechanical and electrical blueprints reflecting modifications to equipment or in house produced equipment.All other requests that will help to maintain efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations including training of other maintenance personnel.Preventive maintenance duties as assigned.Welding (mig, stick, tig)Routine (blanket work orders) duties and repairsWork on large projects with special instructions, requires minimal supervision and lead other assigned maintenance and utility personnel to complete projects.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Lift up to 50 lbs. at waist level and up to 50 lbs. at shoulder level on a frequent basis when moving productsPush or pull with up to 80 lbs. of force on an occasional basis when moving productsGenerate up to 80 lbs. of grip strength on an occasional basis with each hand while handling productsGenerate up to 15 lbs. of pinch strength on an occasional basis with each hand while handling productsDisplay average coordination with both hands on a continuous basis while performing job tasksPerform elevated work on an occasional basis when handling productsiStoop, kneel or squat on an occasional basis when handling productsReach forward and to the side on a frequent basis when handling productsStand on a continuous basis and walk on a frequent basis during the course of each shiftAble to perform repetitive tasks up to 12 hours per dayiThese job duties are not all inclusive.
